Renewable energy development is a recurring topic at international summits and has become a major objective for the European Union, which hopes to meet 20% of energy needs from renewable sources by 2020. We are participating in meeting this target through our micro hydropower activities and have now expanded our services to include all renewable energy technologies (wind farms built both on land and offshore, micro and pico hydropower, solar photovoltaic and thermal, geothermal, biomass and biogas, energy from waves and currents) and all the related issues (preparation of building and operating permit applications, assessment of resources and potential, environmental impact, energy efficiency, economic analysis, grid connection, etc.). We also audit projects for investors and developers.
