Environmental assessments and statutory compliance

In most countries, industrial sites must be built and operated in accordance with strict environmental legislation based on risk assessment and nuisance control. Sogreah has been involved in studies of pollution and the absorption capacities of natural environments since the 1960s, and has performed several thousand impact assessments. We actively monitor changes in regulations. We have built up know-how and experience enabling us to contribute to complex environmental studies calling on our modelling capabilities (gas and liquid emissions), our technical skills (waste management, health, safety and noise abatement) and our knowledge of local regulations.
